OPTIMIZING DIRECT PROCUREMENT

Customer demand is constantly converted through each tier and site within the network with the Same Network interface.

Propagation of demand through the supply network takes into account current demand forecasts, inventory, production plans, in-transit procurement, procurement commitments, material bills (BOMs), carrier pick-up and distribution plans, and the transport network between sites.

This gives each site (cross n-tiers) an accurate view of the real-time demand, as allowed by the network relationships that each party has agreed to upstream and downstream to the end user at each location.

Main skills include:

·        Constrained multi-echelon supply and development preparation with n-thirds execution and partnership

·        integrated transport and logistics preparation with industry-leading execution capabilities

Continuous multi-tier tactical preparation and smart NEO agents automatically build and change procurement and manufacturing orders, transport orders, shipment and loading directions, and pickup and delivery carrier appointments.

In addition, NEO intelligent agents constantly track real-time execution streams to change plans and adapt to changing conditions including forecast weather impacts on site capacity and transportation lanes, missed shipments, delayed development, cancelled orders and unforeseen variations in demand.
