Bad & Baldie with SCM!!!!!!!!

The Breaking Bad story is like a mirror to how, by taking a gamble, a real-world company will begin. Mr. White is a skilled and highly experienced teacher of chemistry who is mindful of his ability but does not wish to take chances. Despair overcomes him after he gets a cancer diagnosis to provide his family with financial stability. He knows that he can apply his science and chemistry skills and experience and turn a run-of-the-mill commodity into a high-quality kingdom. What does he have to lose when he loses the game of life? Like most successful entrepreneurs, Mr. White has immense passion, and his ruthless persistence in an unpredictable and unorthodox manner earns him his first, break!

Let's learn SCM from the baddie!!!!!

  • Early adopters:
    • Find a trustworthy partner like Jesse Pinkman who is street smart to get you, initial customers, to test the market! These early adopters provide you with first-hand reviews to boost the product or to inform you how amazing it is.
  • Business extension by seeking the right local distributors:
    • You have found early adapters like Jesse now, but you want to expand your company and market it in bulk. Finding the right dealer and/or wholesaler in your local market is the obvious way to expand.
    • But it is a difficult issue to locate the best manufacturers and wholesalers as channel partners and they seem to put high demand early on, such as a shipping inventory a program that you might not be able to entertain as a startup or small business. But be upfront and transparent on what service levels you can deliver!
  • Network for Big Fish Find!:
    • As a startup, expanding territory and customer base is not easy. You don't have the money and, without a doubt, rivals will use all manner of strategies to deter you from getting some of the market shares.
    • When one of Jesse's guys died and Slim Pete ducked out, Jesse had no choice but to look beyond the box and find a delivery channel for Bigger and Better.
    • This is where you need to be linked to associates such as S James Morgan "Jimmy" McGill, also known as Saul Goodman, to locate and communicate with countrywide distributors with a really good "network."
  • Take care of the delivery of your own:
    • The only thing prevalent in the fake company of Walter White and every leading global brand is that they want to regulate consumer delivery of their goods! It's not convenient, but in my mind, this is where success lies in managing the entire value chain.
